Job Responsibilities:
- Perform business and user requirement analysis for various banking systems and document them to requirement definition reports
- Act as an interface between the business users and the technical developers
- Guide technical developers to provide a business solution
- Assist project implementation
- Formulate Test Plans and conduct UAT
- Higher Diploma / Degree with major in Computer Science or Business Studies
- At least 3 years experience on business analyst in banking industry
- Experience or sound knowledge in Core Banking Business, especially in Customer Information, Deposit and Loans Services, Liquidity Management
- Strong analytical mind with effective problem solving skill
- Good communication and Chinese report / letter writing skills
- Proficient in MS office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)
