Infrastructure Project Manager

Responsibilities Lead a team of engineers to provide IT infrastructure support to all projects under development and in operation. Manage a small data centre Manage customers and ensure that SLAs to customers are met. Manage vendors and ensure that contractual obligations are met, leading to successful delivery of the project. Identify and improve process gaps in the Infrastructure operations. Develops / tracks process performance measures, identifies process requirements and drives process improvements. Review, consult and provide new IT infrastructure solutions and designs.
